Preforms:

Our preforms are custom manufactured to strict

tolerances, consistently

delivering the desired amount of solder. Our preforms are available in fluxed and flux less options, as well as tape and reel.

Preform Sizes:

Length/Width; from 0.0035” to 3.0”

(90µm to 75mm)

Thickness: As low as 0.0003” (7.5µm)

Tolerance: to +/– 0.0001 (2.5µm)
