Metal Supply Chain Statement

INVENTEC is committed to monitoring the supply chain to ensure that it is safe and ethical.

 

It is our responsibility to ensure that all metals and supplies are sourced from reputable and professional suppliers who follow ethical business practices. For example, we require written assurances from all suppliers of pure gold and tin alloys that the sources of these materials are not from “conflict” regions where human rights violations have occurred.

 

In addition, INVENTEC is signatory to the IPC’s “Position Statement on the Trade of Conflict Metals” (www.ipc.org).  INVENTEC’s compliance is documented through the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC)/GeSI reporting template and is available upon request.
